I have been revisiting The Family by John Bradshaw video. This was where I started learning about the dysfunctional family back in 1992 when I was trying to get my ex-husband sober. My ex spent 3 tours in Vietnam and came back addicted to heroin. I have not yet finished watching it, but I will work to finish it by the weekend. It is a 10 hour videos.
This brings up some old memories of my childhood, though, and I am staying close to NicA Meetings, Marijuana Meetings, and AA Meetings and also my sponsor, who is also in these programs. I think I might need to add Overeaters to it, too, because of my diabetes, lol. I ate this time, and I am not overeating emotionally.
